Originally from South Wales, I have been at Loughton Baptist Church since 2005. I am married to Gem, and we have a beautiful daughter Keziah. My passions include Welsh Rugby, quality red wine and my dog Bron.

Loughton Baptist Church currently has seven deacons who are people who have been chosen by the church to work alongside Wayne.

This forms the spiritual leadership of LBC and together they serve the church and develop strategy for the future.
